PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling device and a sampling method for reducing the number of AD converting units and simplifying a digital signal processing unit, in the case that IF processing and a demodulation function such as channel separation for a receiver are implemented by digital signal processing. SOLUTION: A summing signal added with received signals of a plurality of wireless systems is sampled by using a sampling clock superimposed with a system clock in the plurality of wireless systems.
