PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus for controlling a device connected to the network of another protocol as a device on an identical bus, among existing devices which do not support bridging with other protocols. SOLUTION: The communication apparatus comprises a first interface means connected to a first network, a second interface means connected to a second network, a device information acquisition means for acquiring device information on a device connected to the second network through the second interface means, and an emulation means for regarding the device connected to the second network as a node on the first network.
