PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately deal with an excellent customer when a customer who newly makes a call is the excellent customer to be preferentially received when a call center is in a busy state to deal with customers. SOLUTION: A customer reception system has a call center device connectable to a customer terminal 15; a reception management server 41 managing the reception by the call center 30 and a reception state; a customer information management database server 51 storing customer ranks; and an reception management server 42 making the call center device conduct the reception at the call center 30, and reception processing meeting the reception state and customer ranks.
