PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem in which a user can not realize IP telephone as conventional technology with an easy user interface although the IP telephone is free of telephone charge and various services using the IP telephone can be provided. SOLUTION: In an information processing system having a service server device, an information input device, a communication device, and a telephone set, the service server device provides services to a telephone set according to information on a received telephone number and service request information having an IP address, and the information input device sends the information on the received telephone number to a communication device, which sends the information on the received telephone number and the service request information having the IP address to the service server device; and the telephone set receives services from the service server device.
