PURPOSE: A method for displaying a world time in a wireless communication terminal is provided to output a world map divided into certain areas to select one area, and to output a more detailed map on the selected area to finally select a specific city through a navigation function, thereby displaying a current time of the specific city. CONSTITUTION: An operation/control device receives a world time display request signal(601), and outputs a world map divided into certain areas to select one of the areas(602). The device outputs a sub screen(map) on the selected area, and selects a specific city(603). The device extracts time information data on the selected city to calculate a current time, and outputs the current time(604). If the device receives a detailed information request signal about the city(605), the device outputs detailed information on the city by accessing the Internet(606).
