PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage generation circuit capable of generating output voltage in response to input voltage, the output voltage having a desired leading characteristic. SOLUTION: The voltage generation circuit capable of generating output voltage in response to input voltage includes: a resistance circuit (R23, R24) inserted in series with a circuit part through which the input voltage passes; and a capacitor (C2) for configuring a filter together with the resistance circuit (R23, R24); a digital delay circuit (42) for applying digital delay processing to a leading and / or trailing of the input voltage and providing an output of the resulting input voltage; and a bypass circuit (52) for bypassing a prescribed resistor (R24) in the resistors configuring the resistance circuit (R23, R24) in response to a delay output of the digital delay circuit (42).
