LEAKAGE DETECTOR OF VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage detector requiring no consideration of a high voltage on a feeder line. SOLUTION: In the power supply system reaching a synchronous motor 30 from a vehicle mounted DC power supply 10, the ground potential of the control GND 24 of an inverter 20 is detected by a control unit 40. The control unit 40 subtracts the ground potential of the control GND 44 of itself from the ground potential of the control GND 24 of the inverter 20 to determine the difference and compares the difference with a leakage detection threshold thus detecting leakage in the power supply system.
