<p>A fluid mixing injection apparatus having shielding plate (5) disposed outside nozzle injection orifice (41) of nozzle body (2) so that part of the upper side of the nozzle injection orifice (41) is clogged by the shielding plate (5). As a result, multiple fluids (for example, two fluids consisting of compressed air and water) pressure fed through first inflow port (3) and second inflow port (4) disposed inside the nozzle body (2) at the time of being injected from the nozzle injection orifice (41) collide with the nozzle injection orifice outlet inner surface side of the shielding plate (5) to thereby generate a turbulent flow at the location of collision. This turbulent flow leads to a turbulent flow of the entirety of mixed fluids injected from the nozzle injection orifice (41). Consequently, with respect to the multiple fluids, the water particle concentration and particle diameter of sprayed water can be uniformalized without increasing of the mixing ratio of air quantity.</p> |
