<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To designate a printing order when using hot folders to simplify a printing operation. <P>SOLUTION: A user can designate a transmission order by checking a check box 2202 that "designates the transmission order of a plurality of files" for each of the hot folders. The designation of a transmission sequence designation field 2203 can designate an attribute item to be a key for designating an order in this case, or the user can designate an order in each document data. In addition, the user can designate the stop/start of an output by buttons 2205 and 2206.
