A dotting screen printer is provided to adjust a range of applying an epoxy according to a variation of a package size by applying the epoxy through a plurality of pins for adjusting a length. In a dotting screen printer, a plurality of holes(111) is formed on a main body(110). A cap(120) coupled with one side of the main body(110) includes a plurality of grooves(121) connected with the plurality of holes(111). A plurality of springs(130) is inserted and fixed to the plurality of grooves(121), respectively. A plurality of pins(140) inserted through each of the plurality of holes(111) and grooves(121) is inserted and fixed to the plurality of springs(130), respectively.
