An aluminum rear guard for a vehicle is provided to improve the compatibility of trucks with various sizes and to reduce the defective rate of manufacture process by controlling the gap of the guard stay. An aluminum rear guard for a vehicle comprises a guard face(10) having a box-type frame structure with a hollow crumple zone(12) inside and a pair of bolt feeding devices(13) longitudinally and continually formed at the upper and lower sides of the rear surface; a guard stay(20) fixed at both sides of the guard face by bolts(40); and caps(30) combined at both ends of the guard face. A space having the crumple zone in the guard face is divided by a reinforcing partition plate(14). A reflecting plate insertion groove is formed at the front of the guard face, and a reflecting plate(50) is integrally attached in the reflecting plate insertion groove.
