A multifunctional keyboard utilizing a display window of a potable terminal is provided to enable a user to perform document and viewer work through the display window of the portable terminal by connecting the keyboard to the display window of the portable terminal. A keyboard body(10) controls communication with a computer, the portable terminal(101), and a memory card(50). The keyboard body includes input keys and an external case. A portable terminal supporter(20) supports the portable terminal at an upper side of the keyboard. A portable terminal connector(30) makes the display window of the portable terminal utilized as an input window for the keyboard by connecting the portable terminal to a portable terminal receiver formed in the portable terminal support through the wired/wireless network. A USB(Universal Serial Bus) interface(40) has a USB port for directly transferring data stored in a keyboard memory to the computer or receiving the data from the computer. An LED(Light Emitting Diode) part(70) indicates a memory card connection state and a connection state.
