THE INVENTION RELATES TO A PROCESS FOR PREPARING FINE-PARTICLE, FREE-FOLOWING RUBBER POWDERS, COMPOSED OF SILICATIC FILLERS, OF ONE OR MORE ORGANOSILANES BEARING TRIALKOXYSILYL GROUPS, AND OF A RUBBER PREPARED BY SOLUTION POLYMERIZATION. THE PREPARATION STARTS FROM A TWO-PHASE SYSTEM (FILLER IN WATER, RUBBR IN ORGANIC SOLVENT), AND DESCRIBES FORMATION OF THE RUBBER/SILICATIC FILLER/SILANE COMPOSITE OF THE INVENTION DURING TRANSFER, UNDER GENTLE CONDITIONS OF THE VARIOUS REACTANTS INTO A SIGNAL PHASE.THE PROCESS FEATURES A HIGH DEGREE OF FREEDOM IN SELECTING FORMS OF FILLER (FILLER PROCIPITATION SUSPENSION --> FILLER FILTERCAKE --> DRIED FILLER) AND IN SELECTING THE ORGANOSILANE (PRESILANIZED, DIRECT ADDITION), AND IN ALL CASES GIVES AS FINAL PRODUCT, A FINISHED RUBBER POWDER IN WHICH A SILICATIC FILTER AND ORGANOSILANE HAVE UNDERGONE COMPLETE CHEMICAL REACTION.
