FIELD: sewing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves using two bordering strips; stitching face side of one section of each bordering strip to face side of one of parts to be connected at a distance from part edge approximating the width of bordering strip; unbending free edge of each bordering strip by 180° and stitching along edge of part; stacking parts with stitched bordering strips so that their face sides are oriented inward; stitching along line of bordering strips closest to edges of parts; turning by 180° and connecting using suitable process, for example, by means of glue web. ^ EFFECT: provision for producing of flatter and more flexible stitch free of base material fold lines to thereby improve quality of sewing articles. ^ 3 cl, 4 dwg
