FIELD: analytical methods. ^ SUBSTANCE: quantitative determination of n,n-dimethylamido-o-ethylcyanophosphate is carried out using as color reagents solution of aromatic amine (o-tolydine) in bipolar aprotic solvent (acetone) and mixture of 30% hydrogen peroxide with 0.1 N sodium alkali taken at volume ratio 2:1, volume ratio of sample and color reagent being 25:1:1. Reaction mixture is prepared in the following order: sample + o-tolydine solution + hydrogen peroxide/alkali mixture. Thus prepared mixture is further subjected to photometric registration of reaction product at specified wavelength. ^ EFFECT: increased accuracy and sensitivity of analysis, simplified and accelerated analytic procedure. ^ 3 tbl
