FIELD: oil production, particularly for metered liquid corrosion inhibitors injection in oil wells, service and water supply main conduits and product pipelines, for emulsifier supply in well product accumulation systems, preferably in the case of low flow rates. ^ SUBSTANCE: plant comprises technological tank, metering pump connected thereto through shutoff member and built in liquid supply line. Discharge line of metering pump is communicated with technological line provided with flow meter. Plant also has technological tank filling line, fine filter, valves, check valve, manometers and level indicator. Plant comprises measuring tank communicated with technological one through electromagnetically driven shutoff member and metering pump having drive provided with frequency converter. Fine filter is installed upstream of electromagnetically driven shutoff member. Each tank has upper and lower level indicators. Technological tank filling line has pinion pump and is communicated with supply line and with line, which is connected with technological line bottom through valves. Plant includes pre-programmed processor electrically linked to control unit, tank level sensors, pinion pump, metering pump, electromagnetically driven shutoff member, frequency converter, technological line flow meter and manometer. ^ EFFECT: provision of continuous liquid chemical reagent supply in amount prescribed by regulations, possibility of autonomic metering pump control and signal generation in the case of metering pump failure. ^ 1 dwg |
