PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting tunable filter controlling a center frequency and bandwidth independently. SOLUTION: The superconducting tunable filter comprises: a resonator pattern 12 formed by a superconducting material on a dielectric substrate 11; a plate 20 made of a dielectric or a magnetic body that is positioned at the upper portion of the resonator pattern and has a through hole 21; a rod 25 made of a dielectric body or a magnetic body inserted into the through hole; and position control means 23, 26 for controlling the positions of the plate and rod to the resonator pattern individually.
