An air conditioner is provided to lower the temperature of gas refrigerant supplied from a phase separator to a compressor by a heat exchange part, thereby reducing compression energy of the compressor. An air conditioner includes a heat exchange part(800) for cooling gas refrigerant separated by a phase separator(500) and introduced into a multistage compressor(100), wherein the heat exchange part consists of a plurality of heating fins mounted on an outer periphery of a first refrigerant pipe(710). The heating fin has a width wider than a sectional area of the first refrigerant pipe by 4 times or more. The heating fins are disposed at a distance more than 1/2 of a diameter of the first refrigerant pipe, so as to have a length more than 10 times of the diameter of the first refrigerant pipe.
