A blower motor control structure of an air conditioner is provided to connect a fuse between a blower switch and a blower motor to short in response to serge of the intensity of a current, thereby cutting off the power supply for the blower motor to prevent damage to the blower motor. A blower motor control structure of an air conditioner includes a blower switch(10) connected to a blower motor(30) via a fuse(50) at a highest stage, in which a wind volume is maximum, for supplying a current to the blower motor, thereby protecting the blower motor from an over current.
