CONTROL PROGRAM, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS AND PRINTING CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control program, an image forming apparatus and a printing control method by which secret information is surely prevented from being leaked out.

SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a preservation control part for associating and preserving original document data including secret information, designated position information showing a concealing position and public presentation range information showing the public presentation range of the secret information as hardware or software; an authentication part for judging whether a user who designates printing of the original document agrees with the public presentation range regulated according to the public presentation range information associated with the original document data; and an output control part for printing the original document by one copy or copies as many as the authenticated users and also printing processed documents where the designated position of the original document is painted out by remaining number of copies when the user who agrees with the public presentation range designates printing, and printing the processed documents by all the copies when the user who does not agree with the public presentation range designates printing, thereby the original document is not distributed to the user who has no perusal authority and the secret information is prevented from being leaked out.
