THE COSMETIC COMPOSITION FOR WHITENING EFFECT

A whitening cosmetic composition is provided to improve the whitening effect by using a natural plant. A whitening cosmetic composition comprises an extract of Schizandra chinensis, Lycii folium, the fruit of Cornusoffcinalis, Mori semen, Pinus koraiensis, Rubus chingii Hu., a walnut and a cherry which is extracted by using a mixture extraction solvent comprising purified water and an organic solvent. Preferably the mixture extraction solvent comprises purified water and an organic solvent in a ratio of 3-7 : 3-7 by weight.
