The additional service control system and the method in which the member can control are provided to directly control the state of the subscribed additional service, the additional service control system and the method. The additional service control system in which the member can control comprises the control server(40), the session information database(60) and subscriber information data base(70). The control server extracts the session information of the subscriber connected to network. The session information of the extracted subscriber as described above is stored the control server in the session information database with above statement. The control server verifies whether the additional service subscriber or non-subscriber and service change is true or not.
