The device has a counter with read heads formed of a contactor (5) representing a support of the device supported on a data medium and a stack of insulating or conducting sheets (6) representing a presence or absence of an electricity insulating or conducting zone of the data stream pointed by the device. The contactor and the stack of sheets are configured for allowing increment of registers with two memories defining a score of best answers and a number of questions. A sound reproduction unit e.g. piezo-electric sound transducer (3), is made of ceramic resonator.
