A relation service providing method through a client and a system thereof are provided to enable a user connected to a specific web page to see information about all subscribers connected to a web. In response to a service list transmission request outputted from a VPC client installed in a terminal of a first user, a VPC server transmits the service list to the VPC client(S120,S130). The VPC server receives an inherent first user key of a first user and a service identifier of a service selected by the first user among the service list(S150). The VPC server receives a service response outputted from an application server(S180). The VPC server transmits the received service response to the VPC client (S190).
