<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band-pass filter which has an ultra-wide band and also has a suitable pass-band width as a UWB band-pass filter, and to provide a high-frequency module using the same, and radio communication apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the band-pass filter, an input-stage resonance electrode 30a, an intermediate-state resonance electrode 30c and an output-stage resonance electrode 30b functioning as a 1/2 resonator are disposed mutually in a comb-line form between one-layers of a laminate 10 comprising a plurality of dielectric layers 11 with first and second ground electrodes 21 and 22 disposed on top and bottom surfaces, and also an input-side coupling electrode 40a facing the input-stage resonance electrode 30a in an interdigital form and an output-side coupling electrode 40b facing the output-stage resonance electrode 30b in an interdigital form are disposed between another layers of the laminate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
