WORKFLOW SYSTEM, FLOW CONTROL APPARATUS, APPROVAL APPARATUS, PROGRAM AND WORKFLOW METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for implementing a workflow that discloses only particular information (items) to particular persons.

SOLUTION: In a workflow system, an application created by an application apparatus 130 is sent to a flow control apparatus 140. The flow control apparatus 140 generates an encrypted application containing encrypted items that are particular items of the application encrypted with item common keys specific to the items, key encryption information that is the item common keys encrypted with encryption keys specific to authorities, and a browse part management table specifying browsable items specific to the authorities, and sends it to an approval apparatus 160 according to an approval order. The approval apparatus 160 decrypts the items depending on user authority from the encrypted application for examination and other processes.
