SIEVE BOOT OF GRAIN CLEANING MACHINE

FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cleaning and separating grain at points of after-harvest treatment of grain crops. The sieve boot consists of flat dirt and separating sieves, and also of a tailings sieve, all assembled one above the other. On surface of the separating screen there is installed a screen-agitator consisting of rods, diametre of which is equal to medium thickness of grain seeds and which are arranged through the length and breadth of the direction of screens motion forming cells of a rectangular form. The screen-agitator is designed to perform reciprocal motions along the surface of the separating sieve in anti-phase with the reciprocal motion of the latter. Also dimension of cells of the screen-agitator exceeds dimension of holes of the separating sieve in the direction of sieves displacement; while another dimension of the cells of the screen-agitator is bigger, than medium dimension of particles of grain mixture. The screen-agitator loosens packed grain mixture with rods perpendicular to the direction of sieves motion. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of particles self-separation in layer of grain flow and increased efficiency of grain passage through holes of sieve. ^ 2 dwg
