Dynamic assistance system

The system has a memory for logging user actions as a sequence of operating steps, and a database of control patterns deposited as sequencer. A production unit produces operating sequence patterns by comparison of the operating steps with the deposited sequencer. Assistance function provides assistance information adapted to an operating sequence. A central unit e.g. central processor, controls the user actions. The assistance information are provided as an electronic handbook, a list with queries, and links for internet. Transmission of the operating sequence is provided in a hotline. An independent claim is also included for a method for dynamic providing assistance information.
