PURPOSE: An electronic apparatus implementing a user interface and a method thereof are provided to differently recognize a user command to change a deploying method of a user interface, thereby efficiently controlling the electronic apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A touch pad(180) is used as an input device. A touch screen is used as an output unit. A controller(170) senses user input through a sensing unit of the touch pad. The controller controls the user input to be displayed on the display unit(162). A location detector of the sensing unit detects a near location.
