PURPOSE: A method for making fermented soybeans with deep sea water is provided to produce the fermented soybeans which are fermented by healthful microorganisms while restricting growth of the harmful microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A method for making fermented soybeans with deep sea water includes the following step: soaking soybeans in the deep sea water; boiling the soaked soybeans in 100°C for 3 ~ 4 hours; taking out the moisture of the boiled soybeans; injecting the 0.5-3wt.pt. of trehalose on the soybeans; crushing the soybeans; making the crushed soybeans to a brick shape in a room temperature; drying the soybeans indoor for 30 ~ 60 days; and drying the fermented soybeans in the sun.
