PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal device and information distribution system that can increase a user's motivation to use an application.SOLUTION: An information terminal device 1 includes a display part 22 that displays an image on a liquid crystal display device 12a, an application execution part 28b that executes an application, an application monitoring part 28d that monitors the state of use of an application to be monitored, a radio communication part 27 for performing information communication with the outside, and a start notification part 28e that notifies a registered notification destination of the start of use of the application to be monitored via the radio communication part 27.
