PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address the problems that there was no available service specializing in sale/purchase or exchange of ideas (including rights to apply for patent, utility model right or designs either aesthetic or technical) and intellectual property rights (including patents applied for, Paris Convention priorities, rights to registered patent or utility model and copyrights) and that methods of guaranteeing rights or certifying a posteriori such rights to the benefit of creators or right-holders were inadequate.SOLUTION: Reciprocal actions, such as sale/purchase, of ideas and intellectual property rights between users on a website by auction or in an Internet shopping form are made possible. To enhance the credibility of publishing or sale/purchase transaction of intellectual property by limiting users authenticated to access a website to those identified by the manager. To make possible posterior verification of information on right-holders and/or intellectual property items by recording in an unmodifiable way information on exhibited or reported ideas and/or intellectual property rights and giving real-time notification to right-holders and users concerned therewith.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
