Provided is an exercise machine enabling a user to exercise legs and waist. According to the present invention, the exercise machine comprises: a support; a rotary unit coupled to an upper portion of the support to be able to rotate; a hip supporting unit which is provided on an upper surface of the rotary unit to be able to slide, and supports the hip portion of the user; and footrests which are protruding from one surface of the hip supporting unit, and support the feet of the user by hanging the feet of the user in end portions thereof. The rotary unit is rotated around a central axis to dispose the feetrests at an upper position than the rotary unit, so that the hip supporting unit can be slid to the other side of the rotary unit, and the user can bend and stretch the knees as the user is reversely hung on the feetrests. Accordingly, the exercise machine enables the user: to exercise the legs by bending the knees of the user; and to freely stretch the waist of the user by twisting left and right, and forward and backward. |
