The present invention relates to a high-fluidity mastic asphalt composite, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of high-fluidity mastic asphalt using wet surface application and a construction site cooker capable of manufacturing high-fluidity mastic asphalt without building up manufacturing facilities on site by injecting a material such as a modifying agent, an additive into an asphalt mixture using a cooker used in an asphalt pavement construction site by comprising: a step of preparing a mastic asphalt composite having typical asphalt, natural asphalt, a polymer modifying agent, a fluidity modifying agent and a surfactant by mixing aggregates and asphalt binders; a step of injecting a fluidity modifying agent (for example, US′s Astra Was 3816) into a cooker used for a construction site; a step of injecting natural asphalt (for example, T.L.A or Gilsonite) into the cooker and mixing the mixture for 5 minutes; a step of injecting a polymer modifying agent into the cooker and mixing the mixture for 5 minutes; a step of injecting a general dense-graded asphalt mixture wherein the aggregates and the asphalt binders are mixed and heating up the mixture for 5 minutes; and a step of injecting a surfactant (for example, Akzo Nobel′s an amine-based surfactant) and mixing the mixture for 15 minutes. |
