Disclosed are Fe-Ni alloy metal foil having excellent primary rust prevention performance and a method for manufacturing the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is the Fe-Ni alloy metal foil having excellent primary rust prevention performance, which comprises: Fe-Ni alloy metal foil manufactured by an electroforming (EF) method, and having 34-46 wt% of Ni, and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities; and a metal oxide film formed on the surface of the Fe-Ni alloy metal foil.
