The present invention relates to a body composition analyzer and an analysis method using the same. The body composition analyzer includes a user setting part, a measurement part, a body composition analyzing part, a sensor part, a calorie consumption measuring part, and an output part which displays whether suggested calorie consumption is achieved with LEDs of different colors. According to the present invention like this, whether the suggested calorie consumption is achieved and the body composition can be visually displayed. |
