The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus of a multi-layer filter of which an available pore is not changed and a density gradient can be easily adjusted. The manufacturing apparatus of a multi-layer filter comprises: a roll holding unit including a driving motor for unrolling a plurality of paper rolls around which a filter media material is wound at a regular speed; a tension adjustment unit for controlling tension to be adjusted according to characteristics of the filter media material unrolled on the paper rolls; a filter media supply unit capable of individually cutting the filter media material as much as a specific length by the tension, and supplying the filter media material in a laminated state or individually; a filter media guide unit for supplying the filter media material to a filter molding unit side; a core supply unit for supplying an injection core; a filter molding unit including a guide roller for fixing the filter, a heating roller for supplying heat to the filter, and a pattern roller for compression molding of the appearance of the filter; and a filter discharge unit for automatically discharging a completed filter. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture a multi-layer filter for preventing the available pore of the filter media material from being narrow, reduced, and clogged, easily adjusting the density gradient, and having microfiltration efficiency and high collection capacity. |
