The present invention relates to a conductive transparent substrate. According to the present invention, the conductive transparent substrate comprises: a resin pattern layer including a groove on one surface; and conductive layers provided in the groove of the resin pattern layer, wherein the maximum width of the conductive layers in the groove is from 100 nm to 500 nm, and the maximum pitch between the conductive layers provided in the adjacent groove is equal to or lower than 50 μm. The present invention provides a conductive transparent substrate having excellent conductivity and a viewing property.
