The present invention relates to an organic light emitting compound adopted to an organic electroluminescent device. The organic light emitting compound is represented by chemical formula 1. When adopting the organic light emitting compound as a dopant compound or a hole transfer compound in a luminous layer, the organic electroluminescent device has excellent light emitting characteristics such as operating voltage, brightness, long lifespan, and the like.
