The present invention relates to a skin-whitening cosmetic composition containing, as an active ingredient, an inorganic ring composed of extracts of Coptidis Rhizoma, Evodiae Fructus, and Paeoniae Radix Alba. According to the present invention, the cosmetic composition inhibits tyrosinase and suppresses melanin formation, thereby exhibiting skin whitening effects.
