摘要 The disclosure describes a method and apparatus for performing automated horizon picking on a based volume and snapping auto-picked horizons to other seismic volumes in 4D and multi-azimuth seismic interpretation workflow. Changes made to an initial interpretation may be automatically updated on the other seismic volumes. The automated horizon auto-picking can be batched to setup, run, and monitor auto-picked horizons on a large number of seismic volumes without requiring manual updating of interpretations on each individual volume.
