PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a crack from occurring in an electrode layer at processing a curved surface.SOLUTION: An electrochromic device includes: a first electrode layer formed on a surface of a first board; a second electrode layer formed on a surface of a second board and arranged to face the first electrode layer; an electrochromic layer arranged between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer; and an electrolyte layer formed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer.
