The present invention provides a lens barrel and camera of which costs are lower according to an actuator for locking a movement of a lens. The lens barrel (1) comprises: a dustproof correcting lens frame (11) for supporting a dustproof correcting lens group (L10), and capable of moving in an orthogonal direction with respect to an optical axis; a locking ring (25) for regulating a movement toward the orthogonal direction with respect to the optical axis of the dustproof correcting lens frame (11) by moving in a direction where a focus lens frame (12) for supporting a focus lens group (L20) and capable of moving in a direction of the optical axis and the dustproof correcting lens group (L10) are coupled to each other; a locking lever (35) for regulating a movement in the direction of the optical axis of the focus lens frame (12) by moving in a direction where the focus lens frame (12) and the dustproof correcting lens group (L10) are coupled to each other; a locking pin (27) and long groove (37) for connecting the locking ring (25) with the locking lever (35); and a motor (39) for moving any one of the locking ring (25) and the locking lever (35). |
