METHOD FOR ANTIISCHEMIC PROTECTION OF LEFT KIDNEY DURING TEMPORARY DISCONNECTION FROM BLOOD STREAM DURING RESECTION

FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: left kidney is selected. Method includes mobilising left renal artery and vein, as well as spermatic/ovarian vein and abdominal portion of aorta in a projection of left renal artery mouth. Aorta is released on edge point to left renal artery, aortic lumen is exposed and left renal artery is cannulated through it. Left kidney perfusion is performed until complete washing off from blood cardioplegic solution in cannulated through aorta left renal artery. Then cross left renal vein and cannulated outgoing from left/ovarian testicular vein. Then method includes isolating perfusion of left kidney through cannulated left renal artery cardioplegic solution.EFFECT: method provides long-term intracorporeal left kidney disconnection from main blood flow in surgical interventions on it.1 cl, 1 ex
