The embodiment of the invention provides a method and system for showing a data table. The method includes the steps that user identification is received; attribute information corresponding to the user identification is obtained; target-data-table content corresponding to the user identification is determined according to the user identification; a showing template is determined according to the attribute information; the target-data-table content is shown based on the showing template. By means of the method and system, user operation can be simplified, the performance of the system can be improved, and the data handling capacity of the system can be improved.
