ELECTRON GUN FOR COLOR CATHODE-RAY TUBE

摘要

An in-line electron gun has a main focus lens with apertured electrodes to correct the spherical aberration. The dimension of the depression in the plane of the beam passing hole of focusing electrode locating on the cathod side of two electrodes is lower than the dimension of the depression (L') of accelerating electrode. The value of L/L has the range of 0.05-0.6, where L is L'-L. The main focus lens for focusing the each electron beam is formed by the isolated two electrodes among the plurality of electrodes.
