The rotary drive accelerator comprises a crank (10) linked with a driving shaft (1) and a first connecting bar (11), a first bell crank (20) mounted on a first bell crank shaft (2) integrally formed with a biarm (22), a first toggle member (30) pivoted by the bi- arm (22) mounted on the first bell crank shaft (2), a second toggle member (32) pivotaly linked with first member (30), a member (40) for pressing a spring (41) by a plate (42), a second bell crank (50) mounted on the second bell crank shaft (3) and having another arm (52) linked the second connecting bar (53), a latch arm (60) linked with the driving shaft (1) and the second connecting bar (53).
