PURPOSE:To display a talker in the middle of a screen even when the talker is moved a little by sending a direction detected by a 2nd microphone to a camera control section with a voice recognition section, turning a portrait camera in a direction of the output of a voice signal detected by a 1st microphone and turning the camera control section in the direction detected even by the 2nd microphone. CONSTITUTION:The direction of voice signals detected by microphones 2 comprising m-sets of directional microphones with high sensitivity detecting voice signals separately from positions being equally divided points of a circumference is sent from a voice recognition section 6 to a camera control section 5. Then a portrait camera 7 is provided and microphones 1 comprising n-sets of unidirectional microphones arranged radially detecting voice signals separately from positions being equally divided points of a circumference of a TV conference table around which n-talkers take a seat are provided under the microphones 2. Then the portrait camera 2 is turned in the direction of the output voice signal detected by the microphones 2. Thus, the preparation of the camera in advance is not required and even when a talker is moved a little, the talker is displayed in the middle of the screen. |
