<p>PURPOSE:To effect the quick and accurate restoration from a malfunction by comparing, at the time of occurrence of the malfunction, the contents of the malfunction with the sorts of estimated various malfunctions and places of occurrence stored in a storage circuit and by displaying the sort of malfunction, place of occurrence and method for countermeasure according to the results of the comparison. CONSTITUTION:A bag-supplying process A, date-printing process B, opening process C, filling processes D and E, bag mouth-sealing process F, vacuum process G and discharge process H are combined mechanically and various operations are successively performed for bags 10 held around a rotating table 4 so that packages can be obtained. In this packing machine, the sorts of various malfunctions estimated to occur in the packing machine, places of occurrence and methods for countermeasure are stored in the storage circuit of the operation part 3B in a control panel 3. Then, when a malfunction occurs, the contents of the malfunction and stored examples are compared so that the sort of malfunction and place of occurrence are determined, and the display part 3C of the control panel 3 is caused to display the results of the determination concerning the place of malfunction, sort of malfunction and method for countermeasure together with the contents of operation in each process.</p> |
