<p>Lustrous fibres consist of an organic polymer, which is inherently capable of forming lustrous fibres, and a particulate solid additive, which is dispersed in the fibre, the distribution of the solid additive being such that in unit volume of the fibres (1) at least 75% of the solid additive is present in the form of aggregates 0.1-10% of the unit volume, (2) the remainder of the solid additive occupies 1-30% of the unit volume, and (3) the remainder of the unit volume is not occupied by the solid additive.</p> |
